In this video I talk about how I'm doing since my unfortunate attack on the Fall River Waterfront on 03/13/2011. I talk about my physical and mental state of mind since the UNPROVOKED attack! I talk about medical expenses all due to this attack! But my main focus is on the police report submitted by Fall River police officer Denis Gagne. I point out the ERRORS and INACCURACIES in this report. My main goal here is NOT to bash Officer Gagne or any other cop. My main goal by documenting this incident is to bring to the public's' attention that we need more and BETTER police patrols and ARRESTS on the cities' waterfront. I just don't want something like this to happen to me again or to anybody else! The guys who attacked are complete COWARDS, plain and simple! Here's the police report, including all the errors and inaccuracies: "On 03/13/2011, at about 9:50 PM, I, Officer Denis Gagne, along with Officers Martel, Vale, & Donovan responded to the Battleship Cove parking lot regarding a male who was assaulted on the Heritage State Park boardwalk in the vicinity of the Sailboat House on Davol St. According to dispatch, three males were involved in the assault and were fleeing in a gray-colored vehicle heading south on Water St. Upon arrival, I spoke with the complainant named Jorge Sousa who stated that while he was walking along the boardwalk taking his nightly walks, he was confronted by one of the three males.
