Voting Question: Political Campaign Donation Restrictions in Massachusetts?

My full question is "What can Political Campaign Donations be used for and what can't they be used for in the state of Massachusetts." I plan on running for Mayor in Fall River MA. next year & I started a Campaign web site that allows Me to get donations right through My web site to My Pay Pal account. Now I've tried to do some searches online through google but the Site I found for Fall River MA.'s Code of Ordinances and for MA General Law. On the one for Fall River I can't find anything about My question. on the MA General Law site The most up to date info I find is revisions from 2009 but they are only the revisions (not in context) or 2006 which has the Acts but they are all mumbo jumbo to Me. I've tried finding places online to chat with a Lawyer for free but I haven't found any.
